WE DREAM OF PUTTING AN END TO HUNGER
Uganda has hosted more refugees than any other African country with 1.5 million in 2021, primarily from South Sudan and The Democratic Republic of the Congo. This has severely strained Uganda’s food resources, and both malnutrition and anaemia run rampant in refugee settlements.

The lack of nutritious foods and balanced diets has led to high rates of malnutrition and related diseases such as vitamin deficiencies, stunting and anaemia. This project is a campaign led by child headed families who have fled South Sudan and are now living in refugee camps to set up their own chicken farms and a sustainable feeding programme.

DONATE TO UGANDA
To keep this programme operating we need a budget of £25,000 per annum. We need to provide a sustainable farming program for the children of Uganda to help with the food shortage happening there.
